This Privacy Policy explains how Black Mobile Detailing (Detailing by Siarhei Khrantsou, Toronto & GTA, Ontario, Canada) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit blackmobiledetailing.com or contact us. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

• Booking form: your name and phone number, which you submit voluntarily so we can confirm availability and schedule your appointment.
• Direct contact: any details you share when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram (for example, your vehicle, location and preferred time).
• Usage data: if you accept cookies, anonymous information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referring website), collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your request, confirm pricing and book your appointment.
• To contact you about your booking by phone, text or WhatsApp.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies

We keep booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access to booking requests. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
